Shipping, returns & refunds

Standard US delivery is estimated at four to seven business days.

Shipping is free on orders of US$59.99 or more. Below that threshold, standard shipping is a flat US$6.

Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout when they become available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

All sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including unopened products.

An order may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment begins, it cannot be cancelled.

Report an item that arrives broken, destroyed, incorrect, or missing within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Do not return an item unless we provide written instructions. If a return is required for an approved claim, NoxBliss supplies the return instructions and covers the required return shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
