Standard US delivery is estimated at 4-7 business days.
Shipping is Free on orders of US$99 or more. For orders below US$99, checkout shipping is US$6 up to 8 oz, US$8 over 8 through 12 oz, US$10 over 12 through 16 oz, and US$18 over 16 oz.
Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout when they become available.

Final sale & damage refunds
All sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives broken or destroyed, email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send the item back unless we instruct you to do so.
After review, an approved damage claim is refunded to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
